How to use a template Download or request Download a display template above, or request a print template.
Design on the template Open it in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign or Photoshop. Place your artwork on the template layer and keep text inside the safe area.
Hide the guides Remove or hide the template guide layer before exporting, so the guides don’t print.
Export a print-ready PDF Full size, CMYK, images at 300 DPI, fonts outlined. See our artwork guidelines .
Approve your proof We check your file and email you a proof. Printing starts once you approve it.
Template tips Do Extend backgrounds into the bleed area Keep logos and text inside the safe area Use vector logos, or images at 300 DPI at full size Supply colours in CMYK, with Pantone references where colour is critical Avoid Text close to trims, hems, folds or poles Leaving template guide lines visible Resizing the template or changing its proportions Low-resolution images from websites or social media Tickets and vouchers with perforations: tell us which side must be perforated, and start your artwork 20 mm away from that side.
