Good to know
Before you order.
Heavier isn’t always better
Thick card feels premium, but it won’t fold neatly without scoring. Ask us which weight works best for folded jobs.
Coated or uncoated?
Coated paper (gloss or silk) makes colours look brighter, while uncoated paper is easier to write on.
Frequently asked questions
What does gsm mean?
Grams per square metre. The higher the figure, the thicker and heavier the paper.
What’s the standard business card size in South Africa?
The usual size is 90 x 50 mm.
What does bleed mean?
Artwork that extends past the page edge, usually by 3 mm, so no white edges show after trimming.
