Same-Day Printing FAQs
Here are straight answers to the questions we hear most often about same-day printing.
Your questions answered
What time is the same-day cutoff?
By 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday), we need your full order details, print-ready artwork and cleared payment.
Which products qualify for same-day?
Flyers, business cards and posters; pull-up banners, X-banners and PVC banners; T-shirts printed with DTF or vinyl on stock garments; and booklets, NCR books and stationery. Not every quantity is eligible, so WhatsApp us before paying.
Do same-day orders cost more?
They do. All same-day orders carry a 40% surcharge, which appears on your quote before you pay.
How fast do I need to approve my proof?
You must approve it within 1 hour of receiving it to keep your same-day slot. How to approve your proof.
Is a proof of payment enough?
No. A proof of payment is not the same as cleared funds, so we may need to wait for the payment to reflect before we start.
Can my artwork be designed on the same day?
Design work takes at least 24 hours, so it cannot be done same-day. Check the artwork checklist.
Is delivery available for same-day orders?
No, same-day orders can only be collected from our Rivonia shop, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
What happens if I miss the cutoff?
If an order misses the cutoff or approval window, or arrives on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next business day. Our 24 and 48 hour services cover many other products.
Is same-day a guarantee?
It is a priority production attempt rather than an absolute guarantee. If we can see we won’t meet the deadline, we’ll get in touch with a new time or an alternative. Read the same-day terms.
How can I track my order?
Enter your quote or invoice number along with your email or phone number in our order tracker. See the guide.
