Lead times and what they mean for you

Speed	Ready	Price	What this means for you
Economy	5 to 12 working days	Listed price	Best value if you can plan ahead.
Standard	3 to 5 working days	Listed price	Our usual turnaround for most orders.
Express	Next working day	+35%	Place your order, pay and send print-ready artwork by 10:00, then approve your proof within 2 hours. Ready the next business day for collection or dispatch.
Same day	Same day	+40%	Payment cleared and artwork approved by 09:00 (Mon–Fri), with the proof approved within 1 hour. Collection only from Rivonia Central, Sandton.

When does the turnaround clock start?

• The clock only starts once your payment has cleared (a proof of payment isn’t enough), all order details are in and your artwork is approved.
• Business days run Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00. Weekends and public holidays are not production days.
• Design work adds at least 24 hours.
• Orders that arrive late, are incomplete or are unpaid start on the next business day.
• Delivery costs extra. The times above show when your order is ready to collect or dispatch, not when the courier delivers it.
• Urgent and rush jobs are a priority attempt rather than a guarantee, and may include a rush surcharge.

DTF print prices

Every sheet can hold as many logos and designs as will fit. Economy and Standard are charged at the list price; Express adds 35% and Same day adds 40%.

UV DTF stickers – A4, A3, A2 & A1

Self-adhesive UV DTF transfers for suitable hard surfaces, such as glass, acrylic, rigid plastic, metal containers, notebooks and gift boxes. In most cases you won’t need a heat press.

Artwork tips for the fastest turnaround

• Send print-ready files at the size you want them printed: PNG with a transparent background, PDF or vector artwork.
• Check spelling, sizes and colours before you approve your proof, as the approved proof is what we print.
• Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed result.
