SAME DAY FLYERS

QUICK PRINTING TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS ON TRACK

When your promotion simply can’t wait, Xpress Print South Africa gets your message into your customers’ hands. Our same-day flyer printing suits urgent adverts, last-minute events, shop openings, weekend specials and business campaigns. We turn your artwork into professional printed flyers that get your message across clearly, grab attention and prompt people to act.

Whether it’s a small local promotion or a larger marketing drive, we help businesses, organisations and individuals produce flyers with a polished finish. Showcase your products, announce your services or share an offer in a printed piece people can take home.

FLYERS FOR EVERY PROMOTION

Flyers are a practical way to reach customers wherever they live, work, shop or gather. Use them for restaurant menus, takeaway specials, salon promotions, property listings, church gatherings, school events, exhibitions and community notices.

Xpress Print produces flyers for handouts, counter displays, event packs and distribution campaigns. Whether you’re after a bold sale announcement or a detailed introduction to your business, your flyer should make the offer easy to grasp and your contact details easy to spot.

CHOOSE YOUR SIZE AND FINISH

Pick a format that suits your message and how you plan to distribute it. A6 flyers are compact and handy for quick handouts. A5 strikes a useful balance between space and portability, while A4 gives you more room for information, images and detailed offers. Ask our team about DL and custom formats.

Go for single-sided printing when you want a focused message, or double-sided when you need space for extra products, prices or information. Paper options and finishes depend on availability and production requirements. Our team will confirm suitable choices when they prepare your quotation.

HOW SAME-DAY PRINTING WORKS

Send your artwork, the quantity you need, your flyer size and your preferred paper specification to our sales team. We’ll check your requirements, confirm production availability and provide a quotation.

Same-day production requires full payment and approved, print-ready artwork early in the morning. Submit both by 09:00 to give yourself the best chance of securing a production slot. Completion depends on quantity, paper availability, artwork readiness and the day’s workload. Confirm your collection time with our team before arranging distribution.

Urgent orders may attract a surcharge. Larger quantities, special paper or additional finishing may need more production time.

GET YOUR ARTWORK READY

For the best result, supply a high-resolution PDF at the correct finished size, with 3 mm bleed wherever artwork runs to the edge. Keep important text and logos safely inside the trim area, use CMYK colours, and embed fonts or convert them to outlines.

Check spelling, prices, dates, telephone numbers and website details before approving. Screen colours can differ from printed colours. If your design needs changes, ask about our artwork assistance; design and corrections are charged separately.
