Same-day service · Xpress Print
Same-Day Printing Terms
Our same-day option is a priority production service for urgent work. The terms on this page cover every same-day order and give a summary of the same-day rules set out in our full Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders. Where the two differ, the full Terms & Conditions win.
⚡ Place and pay by 09:00 to collect the same day
1. Cut-off time: 09:00
To collect on the same day, we need all of the following by 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday):
- Complete order details: product, size, quantity, material and finishing.
- Print-ready artwork (PDF, correct size, CMYK, 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined).
- Cleared payment. A proof of payment on its own is not cleared funds, so we may wait for the payment to reflect before we start.
Once we send your proof, you need to approve it within 1 hour. Orders that miss the cut-off or the approval window, or that arrive on a weekend or public holiday, roll over to the next business day.
2. Products that qualify
- Leaflets, business cards and posters
- PVC banners, pull-up banners and X-banners
- T-shirts printed with DTF or vinyl on stock garments
- Stationery, booklets and NCR books
Not every product or quantity qualifies. Bulk runs, special finishes, custom sizes, items we have to order in, installations and design work need longer lead times. Design requests add at least 24 hours. Please confirm on WhatsApp before you pay, and we’ll let you know whether your job can be done the same day. A 40% same-day surcharge applies to all same-day orders. You will see it on your quote before you pay.
3. Same-day isn’t guaranteed
Same-day service is an attempt at priority production, not a firm guarantee. We hit our same-day deadlines about 96% of the time. Completion depends on capacity, machines, staff, materials, suppliers and electricity. We are not liable for delays caused by load-shedding, machine breakdowns, stock shortages, supplier delays, late payment or approval, unsuitable artwork, or changes you make after approval. If we can see we won’t make the deadline, we will contact you with a new time or an alternative.
4. Collection only
Same-day orders are for collection only from Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, Rivonia, Sandton, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). We will let you know when your order is ready. We may refuse collection until payment is complete.
Please check your goods when you collect them and report any visible problem straight away, before the goods are used or handed out. Goods left uncollected for 30 days after we notify you may be treated as abandoned.
5. Check your proof carefully
Same-day jobs go into production straight away, so please check spelling, numbers, contact details, colours and layout before you approve. Once you approve a proof, any error on it is your responsibility. Changes made after approval may cost you the same-day slot and add to the price.
