How to Order from Xpress Print
Placing an order with Xpress Print is easy and stress-free. Just follow these simple steps to get going:
Send Us a Detailed Quote Request: Email us your contact details along with the full particulars of your enquiry. Please include specifics such as sizes, quantities, finishing options, colour preferences and any other relevant information.
Receive Your Quote: Once we have your quote request, our team will promptly put together a bespoke quote suited to your exact needs. We’ll email it to you for your review.
Accept Your Quote: If the quote meets your expectations, simply accept it by replying to the email. Your acceptance confirms your order.
Receive Your Invoice: Once you’ve accepted the quote, an invoice showing the total amount due for your order will be sent to you automatically. Payment instructions are included on the invoice.
Submit Payment and Artwork: Pay for your order using the instructions provided, and send us your artwork files for the project. Please follow our artwork guidelines to get the best results.
Artwork and Payment Confirmation: When we’ve received both your artwork files and payment, we’ll confirm receipt by email. Our team will check the artwork to make sure it meets printing requirements.
Final Mock-ups: Before printing begins, we’ll send you final mock-ups of your project for approval. This lets you see how the finished product will look and request any changes you need.
Printing and Production: Once you’ve approved the final mock-ups, we’ll get started on printing and production. Depending on how complex your order is, printing may take 12 hours for urgent orders or up to 21 days for larger or custom projects.
Delivery or Pickup: When your order is ready, we’ll arrange delivery to the address you specify, or you can collect it from our premises.
Plan Ahead: We encourage all customers to plan their printing projects well in advance to avoid delays. We always aim to meet tight deadlines, but poor planning can affect the turnaround time of your order.
