Xpress Print South Africa
We don’t do refunds. We put things right.
We work with clients who want genuine branding solutions and who give us the time and patience to get things right. We make everything specifically for you, so when something goes wrong, we fix it rather than refund it.
Why we don’t issue refunds
Each job we print, brand, embroider or install is made to order with your name, logo and message. Once the materials have been cut, printed or stitched, they can’t be resold or used for anyone else. The paper, vinyl, garments, ink and machine time have already been used on your order.
This is why Xpress Print South Africa does not offer refunds on custom printed, branded, personalised, approved or specially sourced items. Instead, we stand by our work and focus on getting it right.
If we don’t get it right the first time,
we’ll get it right the second time.
If a mistake is ours (a production error outside normal printing tolerance), we will correct, repair or reprint the affected items. We appreciate your patience while we work out the best solution.
What we’ll fix, and what we can’t
We’ll make it right when
- The printing or branding doesn’t match your approved proof
- There’s a production fault on our side (wrong size, wrong material, misprint)
- Items are damaged in our workshop before collection
- We supplied the wrong quantity, outside normal tolerance
We can’t help when
- You change your mind after ordering or approving a proof
- Errors were in artwork you supplied or approved (spelling, numbers, logos, QR codes)
- The order was placed too late for your event or deadline
- Goods were already used, worn, installed, altered or handed out before the problem was reported
- Minor colour or batch differences within normal printing tolerance (up to 10%)
How we sort out a problem
Let us know quicklyReport the problem in writing on collection or delivery, before you use or hand out the goods.
Share the detailsYour invoice or quote number, photos or a short video, and a description of what went wrong.
We take a lookWe may ask you to bring back or show us the items so we can see the issue.
We put it rightIf the error is ours, we correct, repair or reprint the affected items as soon as possible.
Plan your branding well ahead
Most problems arise when there’s no time left to fix them. Ordering early leaves room for proofs, changes and, if needed, a second run before your event.
| What you need | Order at least |
| Business cards, flyers, basic print | 2 to 3 working days ahead |
| Banners, pull-ups, signage | 5 working days before |
| Branded apparel and embroidery | 7 to 10 working days ahead |
| Corporate gifts, bulk or imported orders | 2 to 4 weeks before |
| Events, launches and year-end functions | 3 to 4 weeks before |
Tip: send print-ready artwork, double-check every proof (names, numbers, spelling) and leave a little extra time. Same-day printing is for emergencies, not for planning.
