Common questions

What is “volume weight”?

Couriers charge for space as well as weight. Volume weight is length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000. You pay on whichever is higher: the actual weight or the volume weight.

How are delivery dates calculated?

We count working days only, skipping weekends and South African public holidays, from the day your parcel is sent. Parcels booked after 14:30 leave the next working day. Remote areas can take 1–2 extra working days.

Is delivery free?

Yes, within 15 km of our shop at Shop L23, Rivonia Central. You can also collect your order for free.

Are these prices final?

They are estimates that include our courier handling fee. The final price is shown at checkout, based on your address and order.
